The opposite of a conference.

No stage, no badges, no keynote, no lanyard with your job on it. A small room, a real question, and no recording being made.

What it is

Twenty to thirty people in a room for half a day around one question that actually matters to them. Everyone speaks, nobody presents. The person who knows the most about the subject is often not the one who was invited to talk about it.

Why nothing is recorded

The moment a camera is on, people start performing a version of themselves for an audience that is not in the room. That is the exact habit even hand exists against. No recording is what buys the honesty.

No networking

You will meet people worth knowing, and that will be a side effect. Nobody is there to collect contacts, pitch, or hand out anything. If a room needs a business card, it is the wrong room.

How it will run

Invitations come from the community. One question stated in advance, a facilitator whose only job is to keep it honest, phones sealed on the way in.

The plain facts

Forming. The format is being built now with no date invented. The first ones will be held in the city with the thickest list.
