The even hand waiting list: cities, price and dates

One waiting list covers both formats: the 48 hour offline retreat and the ten hour DEAD AIR day. Joining is free, no payment is taken, and the list sees the confirmed price and dates before anything is public.

What is decided

• Price: 22,000 to 25,000 rupees for the 48 hour retreat, 4,000 to 8,000 rupees for the ten hour day. Indicative.
• When: October to December 2026.
• Where: Ahmedabad first, then Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi NCR, in the order the list asks for them.

How seats are decided

Seats are curated, not sold first come. We read for curiosity outside your own field, agency, willingness to question the default, follow-through, and whether you make the room better for everyone else in it.
